Cindy Sharp

Prior to becoming a professor at JWU, Dr. Cindy Sharp began her post-graduate career as a mixed animal veterinarian. She owned and operated a medical and surgical facility on Martha’s Vineyard in Edgartown, Massachusetts. She has a special interest in equine rehabilitation, apiary medicine and research, and training and developing dressage horses. She primarily teaches in the Science department, with additional teaching for online learning and in the PA program. She is involved in advising, curriculum development and is a co-advisor to the JWU “Bee the Change” club.
