In Fall of 2022 he and students constructed and planted our JWU garden beds; growing kale, radish, parsley and much more for classes to choose as ingredients for cooking. Recently grains were planted for a newer class; 'Ancient Grains & Harvest Breads'. Another specialty class is 'Growing for the Menu' in the Sustainable Food System Degree.
